Education

Born in 1977, studied engineering with a focus on production technology at the University of Oviedo (Spain) and TU Berlin(Germany) getting a degree in engineering, as part of a grant from the European Union.

Studied economics at the London Business School with a degree in economics and subsequent PhD at the Institute of Organization and Management at the UNED in Madrid (Spain) in collaboration with Heilbronn University, about the integration of foreign employees in the industry. Dr. rer. oec. European PhD (Magna Cum Laude).

Work Experience

For 15 years, Dr. Ruth Vijande hold various positions in plant and mechanical engineering, including at the Bosch Group, Rexroth and Hilti. As a sales representative, group leader, project manager and division manager. In 2013 she got into HR consulting with the establishment of Rodriguez International Consulting.

Dr. Ruth Vijande Rodriguez has many years of success in filling various positions in a wide variety of industries across Europe, with additional specialization in the field of engineering services. Her consulting work is focused on national and international companies.
