VDI-Xpand<\/h2>

Construir puentes para los ingenieros inmigrantes<\/h2><\/header>

El proyecto VDI-Xpand ayuda a ingenieros (h\/m\/d) de otros pa\u00edses a encontrar un trabajo adecuado en Alemania.<\/p>

Aunque tienen una buena formaci\u00f3n, a menudo carecen de contactos importantes y de conocimientos sobre el mercado laboral alem\u00e1n. Ambos son importantes para tener \u00e9xito en Alemania. VDI quiere ayudar a los ingenieros inmigrantes y a los estudiantes internacionales de semestres superiores a encontrar un trabajo adecuado como ingenieros y a sentirse como en casa en Alemania.<\/p>

VDI-Xpand se realiza en cooperaci\u00f3n con la\u00a0Asociaciones de distrito VDI Aquisgr\u00e1n<\/a>,\u00a0Bochum<\/a>,\u00a0Colonia<\/a>,\u00a0M\u00fcnsterland<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0Westfalia Oriental-Lippe<\/a>\u00a0programa piloto en Renania del Norte-Westfalia. El programa de tutor\u00eda es el n\u00facleo del subproyecto VDI\u00a0Medidas puente y apoyo a la cualificaci\u00f3n de los ingenieros<\/a>\u00a0en el programa de financiaci\u00f3n IQ - Integraci\u00f3n mediante la cualificaci\u00f3n. El programa de financiaci\u00f3n IQ - Integraci\u00f3n mediante la cualificaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong>pretende mejorar de forma sostenible la integraci\u00f3n en el mercado laboral de los adultos de origen inmigrante.<\/p>

\u00bfC\u00f3mo puede un ingeniero inmigrante iniciar con \u00e9xito su carrera en Alemania?<\/p>

Nos planteamos esta pregunta en talleres virtuales y aportamos ideas a los ingenieros inmigrantes. La ponente del taller es la Dra. Ruth Vijande, de Rodriguez International Consulting.<\/p>
