2. Individuelles Coaching
Entscheiden Sie sich für ein Coaching, starten wir mit einem ausführlichen Standortgespräch (120 Minuten).
Reguläre Coachingsitzungen dauern 60 Minuten. Umfang und Dauer richten sich nach Ihrem Thema und Ihrem Entwicklungsbedarf.
3. Strukturierte Begleitung
Ob punktuelle Klärung oder komplette berufliche Neuorientierung – ich begleite Sie strukturiert durch alle Phasen.
Bei umfassenden Veränderungsprozessen hat sich eine Begleitung über mehrere Wochen bewährt. Dafür stehen klar definierte Coaching-Pakete zur Verfügung.
4. Umsetzung & Abschluss
