Coaching
We all have strengths and also weaknesses, those areas in which we can work to make the next personal and professional change. The simple fact of discovering what areas are can be difficult. With individual coaching we give you information to identify where you are and define your objectives.
Why individual coaching?
Coaching is a dialogue aimed at solving personal issues. It's about you: about your issues, your development, your success, your well-being. The goal is to achieve a well-defined result. In the course of individual coaching, we develop concrete solutions so that you can begin your objectives more strongly and full of energy again. Our goal as coaches is to help people to help themselves and increase their autonomy, without giving advice.
Duration
- A coaching process usually consists of 4-6 sessions of 90 minutes each.
- The sessions take place at intervals of 4-6 weeks.
